Address suggestions in the public form
When enabled, Google Places searches for addresses as you type and checks the details of the address you select. The search text, language, geographic context and a random session identifier are sent to Google; your name, phone number, email and booking record are not included. Google suggestion lists and coordinates are not added to our directory or retained in our shared cache. The address you select and confirm in the form is used only for your service request. You can complete your address manually. Google Maps Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy apply to these suggestions.

Arranging your services
Your contact details, requested addresses and times, useful traveller information, quotes, bookings and messages help prepare and track your services. Payment information and supporting documents are used to process payments and retain the necessary records.
Why these activities?
Preparing and performing your service relies on the contract or steps you request before a contract. Access security and defending our rights rely on our legitimate interests. Records required by law are retained for the corresponding legal obligations. Form information is necessary for these functions; optional fields are identified.
Service providers
Hosting, address search, route estimate and email providers process the information needed for those functions. The payment provider is involved when payments are enabled. Driver Limousine forms do not ask you for your card number.
Current-traffic estimate
On the payment page for an eligible booking, a Google estimate can show the distance and duration with current traffic at the time of your request. The journey information sent to the route calculation service consists of the geographic coordinates of the pickup and destination; your name, email, phone number and booking reference are not included in that request. The estimate is shown temporarily and is not added to the booking record, invoices or emails. It does not change the confirmed fare or predict traffic at the future time of your booking. Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy apply to this service.
Google Calendar
Google Calendar can synchronize the administrative schedule after the owner grants OAuth access. This optional connection can be disconnected in the back office; it transfers information needed for the service: booking reference and status, times, traveller name, phone number and email, locations, vehicle or category, fare and flight number for airport pickups, together with technical event identifiers.
Optional app notifications
Notifications depend on permission from your device. You can disable them in the app; your phone settings can also block their display. Delivery sends Expo, then Apple Push Notification service (APNs) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a technical device token, technical account, booking and notification identifiers, and a generic journey confirmation or progress alert. These alerts contain no addresses, contact details or GPS location. Driver Limousine stores the hashed installation identifier, encrypted token, platform, language and activation date. Device registration expires after 90 days without re-registration. Delivery-queue metadata is kept for up to two days after processing ends, with a limit of seven days after the event; removal takes place during automatic maintenance runs. Confirmed deactivation in the app removes the device from the sending list and discards its pending alerts. An alert already being delivered cannot be recalled.
Recipients and transfers
Necessary information is available to Driver Limousine and the driver assigned to your service. Geoapify processes addresses and coordinates for suggestions; IGN and the French national address database complement searches for house numbers and streets in France. Only the search text and geographic context are sent for these suggestions, without the client’s identity or booking record; Resend sends emails; SumUp processes payments when enabled. Messages addressed to contact@driverlimousine.fr are forwarded by OVHcloud to Driver Limousine’s Gmail mailbox. Processing may take place outside the European Union, including for emails. Contact us about applicable safeguards and providers.
Hosting and backups
The main account area and its API are hosted on an OVHcloud VPS in the United Kingdom. Encrypted backups are kept on the server and copied to the Driver Limousine operator’s PC with restricted access. A reference copy from the previous OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare hosting is temporarily retained to verify migration and recovery. These copies support recovery and checks rather than day-to-day operations. Deleting an account does not immediately remove every backup. Exclusive European Union data residency is not asserted.
Session and documents on your device
Sessions last twelve hours. The browser uses a necessary sign-in cookie; the native app keeps its token in secure storage. Password-reset links expire after fifteen minutes. PDFs in the app’s private cache are cleaned on sign-out or a later download; exported copies remain under your control.
Your rights and questions
To request access to your data, correction or deletion, or exercise other applicable rights, email contact@driverlimousine.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary.
Requesting account deletion
You can request deletion in “My account” or “Profile” after confirming your password. This does not cancel a trip or request a refund. Any open booking, payment or other outstanding matter must be dealt with before deletion takes effect. You can follow your request in your account until it is processed.
Processing times
We normally reply within one month. An exceptional, justified extension may be necessary; we will inform you about it. If an open matter prevents immediate deletion, we will explain what needs to be resolved.
Records retained after closure
When deletion takes effect, account access is closed. Data strictly needed for contract and payment archives is retained for five years after closure and then erased, unless required for a dispute or a specific legal duty. Invoices and accounting records are retained for ten years under applicable legal duties. Electronic contracts worth at least €120 are retained for ten years under the French Consumer Code. You can request a copy of retained records. Deleting the account does not remove emails you have received or documents saved on your devices.
